A movie fan went looking for the Dark Knight Rises set in England and happened to find it, he has uploaded a short video which we have below. Looks very genuine as we see a Police car clearly labelled GPD which stands for Gotham Police Department.
The Dark Knight Rises – Its really happening!

After explosive success with both Batman Begins and The Dark Knight the 3rd part has been commissioned and will be hitting cinemas in 2012… It will go by the name: The Dark Knight Rises.
The Dark Knight Rises filming started in May 2011 and will continue for the rest of the summer months. Gotham City will be made up of exterior shots from all around the world including Glasgow, Scotland. I have a small break down of what the filming schedule will be like, remember this did start in May so some may be completed by now.
* Shooting a couple of days in India – I assume it will take Bruce back to his “roots” like we say in Batman Begins, I maybe wrong though.
* Filming in Pittsburgh has been slated for 3 – 4 weeks, looks like a large part of The Dark Knight Rises will be filmed here.
* Back overseas for a short shoot in the Glasgow, Scotland and then New York City.
* As like most movies the majority will be filmed in LA.
